Trial Week
Project Walk and consequently Standing Start are two of the most experienced exercise-based spinal cord injury recovery centres in the world. We have learned what it takes to succeed. During your trial week, our job is to educate you on our theory, the latest scientific research, our programme’s physical and mental demands, and how someone with SCI can begin to recover.  | In HouseOur In-House programme is the ideal programme for those that are able to make the required commitment to attend our centre on an ongoing basis. As stated before this is not a six month, one or two year programme. It is a programme dedicated to pushing you as hard as possible to recover as much as possible, however long that takes.  | Home-Based ProgrammeWe designed the Home-Based Programme for clients who cannot relocate to our centre to participate in our programme.
